MYX in 2025: Site Analyzer, Twin Viewer Series, New US Customers
2025 at MYX comes down to a short list. The MYX Site Analyzer was unveiled at the end of June and shipped in July. The MYX Twin Viewer got a weekly video series through the fall. New US customers came on board, alongside our ongoing partnership with TDF. Below is what shipped and what customers do with it.
MYX Site Analyzer
At the end of June we unveiled the MYX Site Analyzer in a public webinar, and v1.0 shipped in July. The teams that manage towers, rooftops and land also manage a large paper trail, and most of it sits unread. The Analyzer reads the documents behind physical infrastructure: ground leases, annexes, permits, drawings and reports. It turns them into structured data that teams can search, filter and export.
In practice the Analyzer is a grid. Each row is a document and each column is an extracted field. Every value carries a reference to the page of the source document it came from, so a reviewer can open the source and check it. Hundreds of documents run overnight in a single batch, and the finished table exports to Excel. The typical jobs are due diligence and legacy site audits, where the question is whether the database matches the documents. v2.0 shipped in September, and our co-founder Dean Bezlov's year-in-review post on LinkedIn puts the running total at 19.5 billion words processed so far.
MYX Twin Viewer
From late September we published a weekly video series on the MYX Twin Viewer. Each episode covers a single capability. If you missed the episodes, the series is the fastest way to see what the viewer does today. The season covered:
Annotations and measurements, with 2D measurement at millimetre precision
2D and 3D overlays, including electromagnetic field simulation
Revit-integrated 3D drawings
Document storage, search and preview on the twin
Drone, ground, panoramic and 360 imagery in a single viewer
In practice a tower team can measure a mount from the office and open the site documents from the same screen.
One3D for Pilots and Surveyors
Alongside the enterprise platform, our self-serve digital twin platform One3D served drone pilots and surveyors. Their feature requests, sent in support tickets and raised on calls, shaped our roadmap all year.
Customers, Partners and the EIC Board
In September we were back at Connected Britain. In October we presented MYX to the Board of the European Innovation Council. New US customers came on board this year, and our partnership with TDF, announced in June 2024, continued.
What Comes Next
In November we teased something big: one of the biggest single datasets to be uploaded and processed on the MYX platform, whether it comes from a drone capture, a smartphone survey or a LIDAR road analysis. We will write about it when it ships, not before.
