MYX launches free public AI lease abstraction demo

The demo takes a lease together with its amendments and annexes and returns 40 structured fields covering rent, term, escalation, renewal and assignment. Each field carries a confidence level and the page reference behind it, so a reviewer can check any value against the source. No signup and no card are needed. Each work email gets one free abstraction on the MYX Pro engine, the highest-accuracy extraction engine in the product. Full portfolios run on a 30-day free trial.
